Kastomise is a product personalizer for online stores, made by Hotpot Digital in Brisbane, Australia. Shoppers upload photos and add text on a live preview of the real print area, see the finished design before they buy, and every order arrives with print-ready files.
What we build
One customiser that works wherever a merchant sells: a theme block for Shopify stores, a React component for headless Hydrogen storefronts, and a Kastomise-hosted page, with design codes, for every other store or marketplace.
Behind it sit a no-code dashboard, where merchants set up each product once, and a print pipeline that turns every confirmed design into a CMYK PDF for each print area. On the Pro and Studio plans, shoppers can also see their finished design on a 3D model of the product.
How we work
The preview should match the print
Shoppers design on your real print area, with cutouts and fixed items shown, and every order comes with a CMYK PDF for each print area at the resolution you set. What they approve is what you print.
Flat pricing, no cut of your sales
Plans are priced by the number of product configs. There’s no cap on orders and no per-order fee, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Clear about what we don’t do
Kastomise has no AI photo tools, clipart library or print-on-demand integrations. Our comparison pages say plainly when another app is the better fit.
Your files stay close
Shopper uploads and print files are stored with Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia, and deleted on a fixed schedule unless they belong to an order or a saved design.
