Every plan is priced by how many product configs you need. Change the count on any plan to see its price. Prices are per month: in AUD when you sign up here, or in USD through Shopify when you install from the Shopify App Store. No per-order fees.

Included in every plan
Live preview on your real print area
Shoppers place their photos and text on the actual print area, with cutouts and fixed items shown.
Print-ready files with every order
A CMYK PDF for each print area, with an embedded colour profile, at the resolution you set (72–600 PPI).
Shopify, headless and any other store
The Shopify theme block, the Hydrogen component, and the Kastomise-hosted page with design codes for every other store.
No order cap, no per-order fees
Take as many orders as you like. Kastomise never takes a share of your sales.
Your fonts and your look
Upload your own fonts and match the customiser to your store’s colours, corner style and button, with no code.
Configs shared across products
Link one product config to as many products as you like, so every size or colour of a product can share it.
Plans differ in the number of product configs, 3D and support: Pro adds the 3D view of the finished design and its colour picker, Studio adds the 3D teaser, and every paid plan removes the watermark from the hosted page.
How billing works
Billed by card, in AUD
Sign up on kastomise.com and pay monthly by card through Stripe. Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Billed through Shopify, in USD
Install from the Shopify App Store and the charge appears on your Shopify bill every 30 days. Upgrades take effect straight away; a downgrade applies once you approve it, and Shopify credits the unused time.
Cancel at any time
You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you move to a plan with fewer configs, the extra configs are paused, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade.

Does Kastomise charge a fee per order?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan whatever your order volume. Kastomise takes no per-item fee and no percentage of your sales.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Yes, a free plan with no time limit and no credit card. It includes one product config. On Shopify there’s no watermark on any plan; on the Kastomise-hosted page, the free plan shows a Kastomise watermark, which every paid plan removes. Paid plans don’t have a separate trial period.
What is a product config?
A config is the template for a product: its print areas and their sizes, layouts, fonts, and the options shoppers can choose. You can link one config to as many products as you like. Plans count configs, not linked products.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Upgrades take effect straight away. If you’re billed by card, downgrades take effect at the end of the period; through Shopify, they apply immediately with Shopify’s credit for the unused time. Configs above your new plan’s limit are paused, not deleted.
Can you set up my products for me?
Yes, as a paid service on top of your plan. Send your print templates or specs through the quote form and we’ll reply with a price. Then we write the product config and install the customiser for you.
